Krimo's monthly-changing A la Carte menus have a lot in common in the fact that they offer a wide range of the dishes that have made the restaurant very popular since 1985.
It is always very easy to dream up "outlandish" dishes if one tried to make a menu sound "stylish", yet a restaurant's success has very little to do with that. It is rather the careful selection of ingredients and menu formats that makes customers feel that they are on familiar territory.
Our chefs are forever reminded that a dish is only successful if the customer is happy with it.
The name of the game is not the quantity of dishes on offer but the consistency of their quality.
